Securely attach a therapy band around your right foot. Stand in a neutral position and grasp the therapy band handle in your right hand.
Next, lift your right arm to the side to a 90-degree angle. You'll feel the muscular contraction across the top of your right shoulder. Relax and return to the starting position.
